whats goin on turd owners!!
I leased my first saturn in 2005. An 05 Ion lev 1, with a mt. This car sucked donkeyballs. It left me stranded more times than i can count. Saturn of Grand Rapids was not helpful in fixing it either. In 07 the lease was over and i got rid of this horrid excuse for a car.

I swore i would never own another saturn again.

My next car was a 1975 Mercedes 240D. 33k original miles. Ran like a friggin champ. This car was as reliable as a hammer. This benz must have been the shit in 75. Three point seat belts, fully independent suspension, 4 wheel disc brakes and 4" suspension seats. This car was so mint that it had the original bias plys on it when i bought her for 2400. Photobucket

Unfortunately this car had 67 hp. weighed 3500 lbs and went 0-60 in 35 seconds. Topped out at 74 mph.
Sold her last september.

Rode my bike to work until a coworker offered me a saturn for 1200. I bought her and am still driving it. Replaced the mp6 auto with a mp3 manual using the guide on differentracing.

I work at a towing company and was offered a 1992 saturn sc2 for $143. Hell yeah. Just needed a transmission due to a poor design on the differential retaining system that saturn used on the s series.

I am hoping to keep my sl1 as a daily driver as i experiment with megasquirt standalone engine management on the sc2. Hopefully i will be able to make the jump to turbo after i sort out management.
