Hey montrealvue. Thanks for the comment. Your Vue looks pretty good too. I think the LW300 and the Vue share the same engines.
I read your comment to Jill Lajdziak about the Vauxhall Zafira. I was in the UK last year and I actually had one as a rental for 3 weeks. It drove really well. The steering was good (communicative) and the transmission was easy to shift (it was manual) but it was a little underpowered I think for North American tastes. It had a ton of room in the Cargo area, seemed larger than our LW300 but only because the Zafira is taller. The hard part was learning to drive (and shift gears) on the opposite side !!
Cheers,
Randy

Our photo made the Kiss My Astra Top 20 Whoohoo!!!
Astras Love Kisses. And I love Astras. Now show your love and vote for us. I know Astras would, considering the free service I provide :) Ours has the Astra going up the ramp to my kissing booth.
Thanks for you comments on my post regarding the Aura's 4 cyl./6-speed powertrain. We apprciate you opinion and your loyalty to the brand.
I need to correct you, however, on the situation with the Vue Green Line. Unfortunately, we are currently recalling all 2007 Vue and Aura hybrids to replace the hybrid batteries. This led to a shortage of batteries for the 2008 model year. It was nothing intentional, and we are working hard to boost availability. As for the Vue Green Line fuel economy performance, I have personally recorded 35 mpg when driving conservatively (65 mph) on highway routes. In mixed driving (city and highway), I've typically been just below 30 mpg. At recent media event, we had journalists drive a course that replicated a typical daily commute, with city driving, highways and some stop and go conditions. One team hit 30.1 mpg.
We are very proud of Saturn's fuel economy performance. No SUV gets better highway fuel economy then the Vue hybrid. No midsize sedan gets better fuel economy that the Aura. The Outlook also leads its segment in fuel economy. Even the Sky Red Line provides 28 mpg highway to go along with its 260 hp and the Astra tops 32 mpg on the highway.
Chances are, I'll never drop the Chevy. I was a Chevy Truck man before I found Saturn, but If I can have my Silverado AND an Astra, that would be awesome~ I drove an Astra a few weeks ago and I LOVED it!
Thanks for adding me as a friend. I like your page with the Chuck Norris facts. You Vue looks like a nice ride. My wife recently lost our 2005 Vue to an accident. We will be replacing it with another by the end of the year.
Thank you for requesting me as a friend... Hello from Champaign, IL...
I have to say I have worked here at a Saturn dealership for 6 and a half years and bought my first one shortly after I started... Now we are on our second VUE and I have my SL2... And we love them!
Thanks for the add! Have a great day!
Thanks for the comment. I love my Outlook. It's a 2007 XR with The Convenience Package, Advanced Audio Package, Premium Trim Package, and XM. The only thing it doesn't have that I really wanted was the towing package, but I only need that for a bike rack, so I'll just add a hitch sometime this spring. I see you have a Vue. I traded in an Equinox for my Outlook. I loved my Nox, but I love the Outlook even more. Lots more space for kids and dogs.
