My car will always be a DD. A car that can be modified to the point of being almost ridiculous and still be a DD is a awesome car in my book. Just wait till I get my coil overs, 2.4 intake mani, my lsj exhaust manifold, Bwoody end links, painted headlamp bezels, and maybe HID kit, my car will even be more modified. I never intended to modify this car when I initially purchased it, but the bug bit me and here I am.
Mine is a Daily Driver and always be. NO matter how many mods I do I am NEVER going to give up driving my baby! She will never be a trailer queen! thats for damn sure!! =D Ill drive my car till the day i die...or it dies...whatever comes first! =D
I drive my Ion at least 120 miles everyday. This is the first car I've owned that I've ever thought about modding, though. So far, though, all I've done is take the badge off the trunk, since the "I" fell off in a car wash, and didn't really want to be driving around in an "ON."
I may be adding a CAI sometime this year, if I can spare the cash. That way I can hopefully net a little bit more fuel efficiency out of the car. Visually, I'd like to switch over to blue LEDs in an ION 3 gauge cluster, get some rims even if they are just the stock alloys, and eventually lower it a little bit. First I need to fix my driveway before I lower it, though. I already scrape unless I cut it just right, and my Grand Am is even worse.
Mine is used for my daily commute. I have a few small mods on it but I want to do more. I'm thinking that when I move I may try and position myself to where I can walk or ride the train to work. Then my Ion can will be a nice little weekend ride. :3
Of course I would'nt move just for the sake of Ion. I just don't like long commutes and morning traffic. >_<</body>
