Looking for pictures of People's Head Unit. I need some ideas. Even if you have factory with IPOD or Satellite - Show some love!

These are the features I want:

Bluetooth (Not required but preferred)
Satallite Ready - Do they make built in tuners so I don't have to buy a seperate piece?
HD Radio - Ive been debating on this one. but like above I don't want to buy extra pieces to make it work.

CD Player - Required
